“Let’s think ahead.” This quote from one of our presidents perfectly captures the mindset of Pavel Grečner, Technical Director at So Concrete. “To seek new paths, stay one step ahead, and turn that lead into success on the market — that’s my vision at So Concrete.”

Pavel has been passionate about machines and all things technical since childhood. After graduating from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, he began his career as a CAD designer at a German technology company, where he learned the importance of precision, attention to detail, and deep technical knowledge. He then spent several years with ABB Robotics, working on robotic system design, product management, and later also in sales.
“I had the opportunity to see technological development from multiple angles and met many inspiring people— one of them was Federico Díaz,” says Pavel.
Today, he sees So Concrete as a company built on innovation, technological ambition, and teamwork. “We’re an organization driven by research and development, modern production processes, and a shared determination to raise the bar for the entire industry.”
In his role, Pavel draws on years of experience in technology-driven environments and brings that expertise into the world of architecture and construction — industries where digitalization, robotics, and 3D printing are only now undergoing a true transformation. “In the automotive industry, these tools have been standard for over half a century, but in construction, we’re witnessing a real breakthrough only in recent years. It brings huge opportunities and challenges — and I’m glad to be part of this shift firsthand.”
His main goal is to further develop and optimize So Concrete’s unique manufacturing technologies and ensure stable industrial production of high-value products.
“It’s a demanding but deeply rewarding task. Success requires precision, responsibility, and a positive attitude — qualities that everyone at So Concrete truly embodies.”
