The first blue-green district is being designed by the renowned Chybík+Krištof Architects & Urban Designers. The project envisages the construction of nearly 800 new homes prepared in accordance with BREEAM sustainable building certification.
So Concrete, in collaboration with Sipral, was one of the suppliers of the visual mock-up of the facade design. The project specific ambition is circularity and the use of building recyclate in the concrete mix instead of conventional aggregate.
